Each Sabbath morning and many times throughout the week, a faithful group of Prayer Partners bow their heads to seek God’s intervention for numerous requests received during the week. On Sabbath morning the emphasis is on the Sabbath School leadership and the Worship hour that a special blessing and a unique experience will be had by each one who attends. Woodside is proud to be home to the Richard West Memorial Library.
In addition to several thousand books on a wide variety of topics our library also offers an assortment of movies, videos, music and audio recordings. For more information: View the Library Catalog
In addition to viewing the catalog online, Patrons can view current checkouts, renew their loans and place items on hold for later pickup during library hours.
In 2022, our library was renamed to the “Richard West Memorial Library” in honor of Richard West for his countless hours of service both in the foundation and maintenance of the extensive collection that we have on campus.
The library occasionally evaluates and removes from circulation any excessive or worn copies of materials in our collection. While these materials are no longer available for loan, they are in need of a new home, and available to those looking to expand their own library. What is Discover Bible School? Simply put, it is Bible study by mail. Participants learn to understand the Bible and enjoy reading it, while working through a printed guide and corresponding with lay ministers.
