Meet at the trailhead at 3 pm.
From Auburn take Highway 49 south. As you pass under the railroad trestle and start down the hill toward the river, parking is 1/2 mile on the right. The trailhead is at the green gate marked “Gate 130 – Murphy’s Gate to Robie Point”.
Robie Point Firebreak Trail is a 5.2 mile out and back trail located near Auburn, California that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
